5月5日晚间7时50分，@上城发布 发布情况通报称，根据消费者反映的“叫花鸡里没有鸡”情况，上城区市场监管局已于5月4日13时至河坊街涉事商户开展现场检查、制作笔录，进行立案取证调查，并已同步受理消费投诉，联系消费者进行调处。目前，案件正按照法定程序开展调查办理中，后续将根据调查结果依法依规进行处置。
