出于保障安全和有序管理层面的考虑，4月4日，滨江物业玉润钱潮府服务中心在玉润钱潮府第一届业委会的建议下，在小区内张贴了一纸告示，表明将把东南门调整为快递和外卖人员唯一进出通道，公示期为4月5日至4月11日，期间若无业主有异议，此办法将在4月14日起正式实行。

玉润钱潮府安保团队负责人周师傅表示，东南门是小区的辅助通道，人流量较少，且禁止一般机动车通行，是一个理想的外卖人员出入口，能很好地实现分流管理，保障其他出入口的通行效率与安全性。

“我们理解外卖员有时要送重物，所以我们专门购置了十多辆推车供他们免费使用。”周师傅说，“至于急单，比如药品等物，外卖员说明情况后交给任何一个出入口的保安即可，我们会代为送达。”

业主：尊重外卖员这份职业

但物业不能“一刀切”式地解决问题

截至5月6日，距离玉润钱潮府正式对外卖快递人员仅开放一个大门已经过去了23天，业主们对此举褒贬不一。

部分业主表示支持现行的办法，继续将东南门作为外卖快递人员唯一的出入口，保持主入口的安全与清净；而部分距离东南门较远的业主则表示，近期开始出现外卖延迟送达或无人接单的情况，希望能重新开放南门，提高外卖员们接单的积极性。

争论之下，玉润钱潮府第一届业委会于4月24日在小区内就此事张贴了第二份告示，表示将再次启动业主投票表决，以此决定“开门”还是继续“关门”。
