上海浦东检方在调查上游犯罪投资人过程时发现，一位集资诈骗的主犯有一亿多的资金打到了一个不带货销售的直播平台，这些钱纯粹是打赏消费型的娱乐活动，但现象极其不合常理。进一步调查发现，其中有6000多万元打赏给了四个主播，其中最高的一个主播就接受了2000多万元。“大哥”巨额打赏后，主播们的身价被抬高，又把钱回流给了“大哥”。但4名主播因参与6000多万元的洗钱活动而锒铛入狱。检察机关要求平台要担负起监测大额打赏的职责。
