据梅州发布消息，5月1日2时10分左右，梅大高速大埔往福建方向K11+900m(茶阳路段出口方向2公里左右)附近发生高速公路路面塌陷事故。事故造成18辆车被困，现场救出31人送往医院救治。事故救援正在进行，事故原因正在进行调查。

5月1日上午，顶端新闻记者从梅州市应急管理局获悉，塌方现场仍在救援中，外围救援队还进不去，在派钩机等大型机械。目前现场已成立五六个工作组，事故原因及现场伤亡情况仍在调查中。

一家5口失联，包括3个孩子

在广西工作的蔡女士告诉顶端新闻记者，她叔叔一家5口人从广西开车回福建，截至5月1日上午11点，已经失联7个小时。车上有蔡女士的叔叔、婶婶及三个孩子，包括一位14岁的女孩，一位11岁的男孩，一位9岁男孩。

“他们是昨晚8点从梧州回福建老家，夜里11:49在家族群定位，已经到了连平县。然后我爷爷凌晨4点打电话一直打不通，然后我们就尝试打了小孩的手表、我婶婶的手机，全都处于关机状生态。”蔡女士说。

蔡女士提供的聊天记录显示，4月30日深夜11点多，家人在群里关心称“有没有下大雨?”“慢点开”“注意安全，节假日车多”。

顶端新闻记者询问梅州市应急管理局“是否因为连续下雨导致高速塌方”，工作人员称，梅州确实最近下雨多，但具体原因还在调查中，后续会发通报。

据央视新闻，受连续强降雨影响，5月1日2时9分，S12梅龙高速(梅大段)往福建方向K11+900处发生自然地质灾害，导致路面塌陷，现场双向交通中断。目前，项目及相关部门正在组织力量全力救援中。

蔡女士告诉顶端新闻记者，“我们从梧州回福建老家，一直都是走贺州路线，因为贺州路线车比较少。我就打了贺州那边的电话，问了一下有没有这辆车的记录，那边说没有，我就往广深这边的高速打过去，然后打到梅州那边，当地跟我说有一起严重事故，已经把伤者送到了三个医院。然后我分别打过去，都没有我叔和我婶的名字。”

应急管理局：已记录家属信息，会向前方指挥部反馈

蔡女士分别联系了梅州的公安、交警、救援等部门，都说现场还在救援，需要再等结果。

“按道理我们是不会走那条路，但是如果走也可以到我们家。就怕他有走那条路，因为按照他发的定位去换算，到达事发点时，刚好卡在事发的时间点。”蔡女士说，“我真的很担心，因为按道理不可能5个人的手机和电话手表都打不通。即使手机没电，也有车载充电。”

她说，“我爷爷奶奶80多岁了，叔叔家的小孩都一直在读书，刚好五一放5天，他们就带小孩回去跟陪老人。我本来也要回的，但是因为我们孩子太小了，所以不想折腾，就想等暑假再回。”

5月1日上午，顶端新闻记者将蔡女士反映的情况、车牌号、联系方式等信息提供给了梅州市应急管理局。工作人员称，已记录并会反馈给前方指挥部。公安交警会核实现场车牌、身份证等信息，并调取监控，有进展会与家属取得联系。工作人员称，目前现场还在清理中，外围其他救援队还进不去，正在派钩机等大型机械。
