贾跃亭的造车之路可以用一部戏剧来形容，屡屡面临争议却总能找到接盘的东家，这让他在车企界始终有着不凡的存在感。然而，法拉第未来此前因多次拖延上交财务报表而被警告不符合上市公司规定，这次收到的退市通知似乎更加直接地揭示了公司的种种困境。

在过去的九年里，法拉第未来已经投资了约30亿美元，而相比公司仅有的2937万美元的市值，这堪称天文数字。然而，尽管投资额庞大，却难以在市场上取得什么名堂。首款车型FF91早在2017年就与世人见面，然而多年过去，量产交付的进展一直寥寥。即便在去年5月开始交付，但至今仅交付了10台，其中贾跃亭购入了一台，其余销量来自于团队自己人。这让人不禁怀疑，FF91是否真的能够赢得消费者的青睐，尤其是在一直失信于市场的情况下。

回归到国内新能源汽车市场，FF91在面对诸如特斯拉、比亚迪等强大对手时显得力不从心。首先，这款车的售价高达200万元，定位于高端市场，普通消费者难以承受。其次，新能源市场竞争激烈，诸多新势力如蔚来、小鹏、理想等在服务、智能化等方面均有突出表现。科技巨头华为也在为其他车企提供技术支持，使得贾跃亭所领导的FF显得相形见绌。
