4月23日，有网友发帖称，某211师范院校的文学院要求学生答辩通过后手抄毕业论文，并且布置了多达几个文档的抄写要求，不过正文字数高于3万可免抄。

4月24日晚，华南师范大学文学院学生小玲（化名）告诉澎湃新闻，网传的211师范院校正是他们学院，对于学院要求手抄毕业论文的规定，同学们都觉得十分不合理。4月25日，澎湃新闻多次联系该学院核实手抄论文一事，截至发稿时未获回应。
