IT之家 4 月 28 日消息，4 月 26 日，山西运城一辆问界 M7 车辆发生交通事故，撞上养护车后起火，逝者家属称，车上三人丈夫、弟弟和儿子不幸遇难，事发两个小时后才得到消息，问界客服还打电话来询问“售后体验”，而不是介入救援，同时家属质疑为什么 AEB 和 GAEB 没有自动紧急制动？为什么保护那么好，电池还是起火了？安全气囊为何没做到保护。

4 月 28 日，问界客服回应称：已成立专项小组跟进核实，会跟交管部门配合进行调查工作。

IT之家注意到，社交平台的视频显示，一辆黑色问界 M7 在高速路上追尾一辆养护车，问界 M7 前机舱着火，浓烟滚滚，明火窜起来很高。问界 M7 疑似无法打开车门，视频中三人在砸后排车窗玻璃实施救援。
